1. Field of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) will be applicable to all deliveries of rwa-components to their customer.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop is no legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking the button “send order“ in the last step of the ordering process, you post a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract shall be concluded when we accept your order with a confirmation of order by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.
4. Wording of contract
The wording of the contract shall be saved in our internal systems. You can read the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this site. The ordering data and the General Terms and Conditions shall be sent to you by e-mail. After conclusion of the order, the wording of the contract shall no longer be accessible by internet for security reasons.
5. Prices and delivery costs
5.1 The prices mentioned on the product sites are calculated as net prices, VAT excluded. Delivery to countries outside the EU shall be effected without VAT, as this is an intra-community delivery of goods.
5.2 Delivery costs shall depend on the amount of goods ordered as well as on the mode of shipment. You will find a survey on the site “Delivery”.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery shall generally only be effected to Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Italy.
6.2 Delivery time for articles on store shall be 3 workdays within Austria. Articles, which are not on store, can have a corresponding longer delivery time, according to availability.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment shall be effected optionally either by prepayment or upon receipt of invoice.
7.2 If prepayment is chosen, we shall indicate our bank details in the confirmation of order, and the goods shall be delivered after receipt of payment.
7.3 Delay in payment
In case of delay in payment, rwa-components GmbH shall be entitled to request interest for delay in the amount of 2% above the respective discount rate of the Austrian National Bank, as well as EUR 5 for each reminder (1st reminder EUR 5, 2nd reminder EUR 10, 3rd reminder EUR 15).
Further required out of court collection costs for the adequate enforcement or collection of receivables by a concessionary debt collection agency and the standard-rate costs of an attorney shall directly be charged to the customer.
8. Reservation of title
8. The goods shall remain in our property until full settlement of payment.
9. Warranty
9.1 Warranty shall be effected according to the Austrian regulations.
10. Legal venue
The Provincial Court of St. Poelten (LG St. Poelten) shall be established as court of jurisdiction.
